Obituary of Robert A. Howey

It is with both sadness and relief that we announce the passing of Bob Howey on June 29, 2010. After struggling for 25 years with Frontotemporal Dementia, we rejoice that he was peacefully ushered into Heaven, surrounded by family, to receive his new body and meet Jesus! Although, we will miss him, we are at peace with his passing. He is survived by his loving & dedicated wife of 45 years, Linda, and his 5 children and spouses: Joel & Cheryl Veenstra, Jeff & Angela Howey, Doug & Stephanie Howey, Jim & Robbin Howey, Jeff & Jeanni Fliegel and his 18 grandchildren; brother, Richard Howey & family: sister Marilyn Smith & family. A memorial service celebrating his life and the journey of our family will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 11am at the Gleneagles Village Clubhouse, 2 Canongate Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO 80130 (casual attire).
