Born: December 17, 1932 – Mumford, TX Passed Away: September 7, Wheat Ridge, Colorado Memorial Service Friday, September 20, 2019 at 12:00pm St. Peter and Paul 3900 Pierce St, Wheat Ridge CO 80033 followed by a reception at the Arvada Elks on 5700 Yukon St, Arvada, CO 80002 Herlinda Martinez Smith is survived by her children, Eva Marie Fogarty (Mike), Leon Smith (Christina), Belinda Priddy (Andy), Leonard Smith, and Christopher Smith (Robin). Numerous grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Leland Smith, Sr; Daughter, Linda Sue Smith; Son Leland Smith Jr; daughter Joyce Garcia; father, Sam Martinez; her mother Guadalupe Martinez; brother Dan Martinez; brother Thomas Martinez; Sister Ana Mateos; Sister Lupe Chapman. She is remembered for willing to help others and her love of dancing and the love she had for her family and friends. We all know you are in a better place now but you will always be greatly missed and forever we will love you!!
