Obituary of Patricia A. Prochazka

Patricia Prochazka of Westminster, Colorado passed away on October 18^th, 2019 at the age of 73.  Pat is survived by her husband Mic, her children Jim and Beth, her granddaughter Avery, her brother Tom, her lifelong friend Carol DeNileon, and a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews.  Pat was preceded in death by her father Raymond Lynch and mother Eva Lynch.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Marks Catholic Church 3141 W 96^th Ave, Westminster, CO 80031 on Thursday November 7^th at 10:30 am with a light lunch reception immediately following at the parish center.

Mom promised to haunt anyone who brought flowers to her funeral.  Please send a bouquet to your living loved ones in her memory.  Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
