Obituary of Michael Leo Huss III

Born in Cheyanne Wy. On November 16, 1942. Moved to Littleton CO.in 1947 with his family. Mike to Littleton High School and then joined the USMC in 1963. He completed a 4 year tour, spending some time in Vietnam during the war. He met his wife Sandee shortly after he came home from deployment. They married in March of 1969. They celebrated their 51st Wedding anniversary this year. Mike has always been in business for himself, in 1988 Mike and Sandee Huss started a commercial and residential painting company. Huss Painting and Decorating is still in business today. Mike was very successful in business, Sandee believes this was because he put his employees first.

Mike also loved fly fishing, golf, snow skiing, snow mobiling and camping. Mike is preceded in death by son Jeremy Wade Huss and is survived by Wife: Sandee Huss, Son: Thomas Huss, Brother: Cary Huss, Sister: Patricia(Huss) Barnett Doody and Sister: Michaeline (Huss) Domingo. He also has two grandchildren, Corbin Huss and Ryan Huss.

Mike Huss will be remembered as a kind, generous and fun loving soul. He was greatly loved by his family and his friends.

Michael L Huss passed away peacefully on the morning of August 14, 2020.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 29th 2020 11:30am to 2pm.
