I just recently heard of Shawn’s passing. I cannot begin to express my sadness for his family. Shawn took great care of my car from 2005 until the time that he moved to Colorado. I respected him immensely both as a kind and wonderful person and a gifted and honest mechanic. I haven’t found a mechanic yet that compares to Shawn.

My memories of Shawn mostly come from the time His Father and I served in the Air Force together (some ten years). I watched him grow up from a 'Kid' to a very young Man. He, like his Dad, always had a positive smile and a positive, friendly, confident way about Him. He will be missed by so very many of us. May He rest in peace. Comfort for his Family will not come easy, if at all. May they be comforted , at least, just a little bit in this time of sorrow.

Well I just don’t have the words.... growing up with you in our pre teen/ teen years Shawn were some of the most memorable moments in my life. You and your brothers were as close to real blood brothers as my own. Though we lost touch in our later lives I still enjoyed watching you and your family’s lives through Facebook!! You will forever be missed!! Rest In Power my friend!! Love Always!!

My son meant everything to me. Truly the most positive influence in my life! In the midst of all we are dealing with this year I want to reach out to all of the very special people that have stood up. Taking time from your professional lives ,personal families, buying houses, selling houses, new jobs, going back to old jobs, moving boats, taking care of each other, all never forgotten! Through unity we can comfort each other. Forever Love Shawn, your time was precious!!

Hi Tom- I dated Wrigley for almost 4 years while I was in high school. During that time he joined the Navy. We visited him together at Boot Camp in Chicago. I just learned of his passing. I’m so sorry to hear. Can you please reach out to me? Katie Stassen Barnes kathleenephotography@yahoo.com
