Obituary of Violet Eileen Bancroft

Violet Eileen Bancroft, age 91 of Arvada, Colorado, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2020. Violet was born in 1928 to John and Amelia in Brighton, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband Karl.

Violet loved to help and she always had a smile on her face. When asked “How are you feeling”, her answer was always “With my fingers”!!! She was according to her grandkids, elegant, silly, sweet, caring, gentle, creative, smart, witty, and devoted.

Violet is survived by her daughters Karlanne (Bill), Terry (Nick) and her son Scott: grandkids McKenzie, Hannah, and Jack (Kylie).

We will be celebrating her life on October 9, 2020 at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Ave., Denver, CO 80236, 1:30pm. (tentative date) Donations may be made to Elevations Hospice, 80 Garden Center, Suite 59, Broomfield, CO 80020.
