Jim was a wonderful man and we'll miss him always. The world was a much better place with him in it.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Kim, Dylan, Shawn and the entire Mortensen family.
Rest in peace Jim, God bless.

When Jim first started dating Kim, he was very quiet when he came over to the house, but as time went on, he got more comfortable. He was always there to help anyone at anytime. He earned our respect and treated everyone with respect. His wit and laughter will be missed. There is now a void in our life. God bless you. Jim.

Jim, you came into our family when I was 14. You became my big brother, we wrestled, gave each other a hard time, you chased me around with a dead mouse, you helped me get my first car, your taught me better than anyone how to drive a stick, you even took me to lunch when I was a freshman and you were senior. We had so many fun times and and I will miss you. RIP my brother. I hope mom isn’t giving you too hard of a time ;-)
