Norbert William Jarocki

 

Norbert William Jarocki, 92, of Lone Tree, Colorado, and formerly from Green Valley, Arizona and Itasca, Illinois, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2021, in the presence of his loving family. Per his wishes there will be no funeral or memorial service.

 

Norbert was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 21, 1929, to Martha and Frank Jarocki. He went to school at Washburn Trade School in Chicago.  He married Gertrude Karczynski and was an awesome father to Caryn, Denise (Rex Comerford), Andrew (Elizabeth DeFilippis) and Audrey (Eric Haugan). His sister is Marcy (Dave) Meglay.

 

He worked as a materials control manager for West Instrument in Schiller Park, Illinois for many years, before retiring.  He enjoyed golfing, playing darts, traveling and spending time with his dog of many years, Gus. He is survived by six loving grandchildren, a great grandchild and many loving relatives.

 

Norbert is preceded in death by his mother and father, his wife, his daughter, Denise Comerford Jarocki, and his brother, Kenneth.
