Obituary of Colleen Erica Douglas

Colleen Erica Douglas was born August 3^rd, 1992, in Morristown, New Jersey. She went Home to be with her Lord September 24^th, 2021, in Denver, Colorado.

Colleen lived and loved life to the max and brightened the lives of everyone she touched. Growing up, she loved playing imaginary games, dressing up in Grandma Gertie’s clothes, and singing songs on the sandy beaches of Lake Shawnee with her sister, Megan. She also loved Lucky Charms (just the marshmallows!) and spending every penny she got on candy to eat all at once. Colleen also enjoyed cheerleading, soccer and dance – something we are sure she is doing with the angels right now!

Colleen was a defender and a be-friender – qualities that shined through even in her customer service career, where she was repeatedly recognized for her patient and compassionate handling of even the crankiest clients she encountered.

Colleen is survived by her son, Magic Andrews, her “Magic Man” – her “A-1 from

Day 1”; her sister and brother-in-law, Megan and Joel Tyson of Denver, CO; her mother, Diane Douglas, also of Denver, CO; and a host of extended family and friends who all miss her very much.
