Obituary of Mary Louise Anderson Greene

Mary Louise Anderson Greene passed away on February 25, 2022; she was 83. Born in Pueblo, Colorado on January 1, 1939 to Herman William Boetz and Mary Ruth Said.  Mary graduated from South High School in Denver, Colorado and then married Irving Alan Anderson in 1957.  In Elizabeth, Colorado they raised their children, Randy, Bruce, and Karen. 

Mary left Elizabeth and moved to the big city of Denver.  While living in the Denver area and working in insurance, Mary met and married Jim Greene (deceased). 

Always the adventurer, Mary enjoyed cruises and square dancing with her companion of the last fifteen years, Mark Wojtkewicz.  They made their home in Denver and most recently at Quincy Place where Mary had many good friends. 

Many heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses, and caregivers who helped care for Mary during her final months.  Their kindness is greatly appreciated. 

Mary’s ashes will be placed during a small, private family gathering later in 2022. 

Mary is survived by Mark Wojtkewicz of Denver, Colorado; one brother, Bill (Judy) of Canby Oregon; children Randy (Sherry) of Pompano Beach Florida; Bruce (Lisa) of Elizabeth, Colorado; and Karen (Dwight) of Mesa, Colorado, and grandchildren.
