Obituary of Betty Lou Unger
Betty Lou Unger, 61, of Thornton, passed away on March 19, 2022, after a long-fought battle with cancer.
Betty was born on May 14, 1960, to Doris and Kenneth Appelhans in Colby, Kansas.
In 1983, Betty met Steve Unger in Thornton. Bettyand Steve went on to have 1 child, Shawn.
Betty was predeceased by her father Kenneth. She is survived by her Mother, Doris Appelhans, her Son, Shawn Anderson (Jonathan Anderson) her Brothers, Wayne Appelhans (Annette Appelhans), Kelly Appelhans, and 5 Nephews, Brandon, Nathan, Trent, Caleb and Vinny.
Celebration of Life will be held at Mother Tucker Brewery (2360 E 120th Ave, Thornton, CO 80233) on Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 2-5 PM.
