I always remember Tim at outdoor events like Travis and Kylie's wedding. One of the best times I had with Tim was when he and Travis took Nolan and I up in the mountains 4-wheeling. We had a great time that whole day.

I didn't know Tim personally, but I am good friends with his daughter.
I was always so impressed with the way he loved his family. He and Tevera were dear friends. He was Always there for her, a shoulder to cry on and a person to bounce everything off of. The way Tevera would lightup and say "My Dad is my best Friend" when she talked about him. He always made sure Tevera's car was running well and safe to drive.
He took care of her and the entire family.
He will be missed by them All.
May you find peace and comfort in this time of sorrow. I cannot think of a nicer family and I am so sorry for your loss.

My dad and Tim met through their work with the city of Lafayette. After retirement, they played many games of golf together. I was able to join them a few times to round out the foursome and it was always fun to play with Tim. He played the game with zero pressure, an encouraging comment, and knew when to turn away so no one saw your bad shot. The golf course and his foursomes will miss him dearly. I’m so sorry for your loss. Love, Kristen Lindholm-Nelson

I found these gems of Uncle Tim and the family. These babies demand to be shared! Uncle Tim always made me laugh even as a small human child (the first pic, my personal favorite). He was the perfect mixture of goofball and level-headed one idolizes and respects. Uncle Tim and Aunt Twilia were present for every childhood birthday I can remember! They even braved the enfamous Casa Bonita that smells like Salmonella for me and one of my birthdays! I appreciate their support through the years and I will miss Uncle Tim's extraordinary Easter egg hiding abilities. Love you all with all my heart! Sending all my love and good vibes.

Tim became a great friend and golfing buddy in retirement. He was a great organizer of when and where to play. Yellow golf balls were his best.
As neighbors Tim and Twila were terrific watching our house when we weren't home. Tim was always a great source of advice when I had a problem with a house.
Tim's smile will never be forgotten.

Tim and I knew each other initially. through our jobs as Public Works Directors. He was in Wheat Ridge and I was in Lakewood. We started having lunches together and eventually learned we both liked golf. Or at least we both played a form of golf.
Tim and I started golfing as a twosome and we were feared on golf courses because of our errant shots. Tim was more passionate about golf than I was and he would golf at every reasonable and unreasonable opportunity. I remember once he and Dave Lindholm went golfing when the wind was blowing above 30 mph. They came off the course windblown but happy.
Tim would also tell me stories of things he had repaired in the home and on his cars. He did some kind of incredibly difficult repair on the Mercedes SUV, I think that Twila drove. This repair involved going deep into the dashboard heating system and he used a magnet to reach the problem part. My gosh, just thinking about a repair like that gives me the shivers.
He was also a player in the stock market. There was a period when he was into oil companies or maybe oil futures and we'd often get a report on the price of crude oil. I don't know if he made money or lost money but he sure enjoyed the experience.
Tim would golf with Steve Steinberger, Charlie Moore and me on frequent occasions. I always credit Tim with helping me to learn how to hit a driver by using a much flatter swing. Not that it helped my overall game, but it did allow me to hit the ball farther before it went out of bounds.
Tim was a good man and the kind of person you are glad was in our world. He left way too early.

The Paranto’s were such a great family. I never knew what family life was about until I meet the Paranto’s through Steve a life long friend. Was able to spend several wonderful Christmas Celebrations with Tim and his family. I never felt more welcomed.
I found Tim extremely knowledgeable on many subjects, strong and always in control.
My life has been blessed knowing Tim and all the Paranto’s.

I have many memories of Tim- Christmas parties, a Broncos game (I found the ticket stub last Monday!), a luau at the pool and sitting on the deck with his wonderful family. I was always treated like family- you'll be missed, Tim.

I rememberpp this one time. It was the first time my consciousness recongized my inner monologue. So I ran up to Tim. He was sitting in a big cushy chair, it was Christmas and there was a huge tree in a large living room. And told him I could talk in my head. So, he humored me and said "well go on." And he sat there for 2 minutes as I rattled things of in my head. Obviously he couldn't hear anything, but he sat there nodding like he could. A little later he told me "that voice in you head is pretty important, you should listen to". That is where the memory ends but it's definitely stuck with my all my life. That shows how Tim is, how he would build people up. He didn't discourage and he took me seriously.
Thanks Tim, love you.

Rosa and I would always make it up to two Bronco games each year. When we pulled into town there was a Rum and Coke and red beer always waiting for us when we walked into the house after two big hugs from Tim and Twila. We’d always do something on Saturday around Denver, casino, zoo, aquarium, Etc. But, the Boulder drives were always our favorites. Just driving, seeing different areas and great conversations will always stay in our hearts. Sunday was Broncos all the way. We loved those moments.
