Obituary of Peggy Jean Busha

Peggy J. Busha, 79, of Westminster, passed away Monday morning June 13, 2022, at Irondale.

Mrs. Busha was born September 10, 1942 in Blue Island, Il. A daughter to the late Alex and Alice Goeringer (Van Dyke). On August 6, 1960, she married Junior Busha in Lumberton, Mississippi. They lived in the Chicago area for a period of time and in 1969 moved to Colorado where they spent the rest of their years.

She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, playing bingo and the slot machines.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was proceeded in death by her Husband (Junior Busha), a Son (Joey Busha), two Daughters (Audrey Woods & Brenda Lopez), a Grandson (Kaleb Wilmoth) and Granddaughter (Peggy Sue Rogers).

She is survived by her three daughters, Terrie Avans of Skyline, AL; Karyn Jackson (Tommy) of Northglenn, CO; & Sheila Nicoloff (Louis) of Thornton, CO; a son, David Busha of Fort Lupton, CO; twenty-four grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday (06/25/2022), at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 12021 North Haven Circle, Thornton, Co. 80241.
