Obituary of Antonia Thompson

Antonia “Toni” Thompson, age 67, passed away peacefully at her home in Thornton, Colorado on the 25th of June, 2022  after battling a long illness. Throughout this long journey she never complained and continued to put others first. Toni was born June 13th, 1955 in Reeves County, Texas to Maria Eva Lerma and Felix Salcido. She leaves behind husband Frank Thompson, Daughter Alice Carrasquillo, Son Trenton Thompson, Grandchildren Angelique, Trinity and Destiny. Sisters Criselda and Elvira. Brothers Mario, Daniel, Jimmy and Michael. Antonia is preceded in death by her mother Eva Lerma and sister Lee Annabel 

Antonia married the love of her life Frank Thompson in State-line Nevada on September 14th, 1979. Toni was a loving and caring person to everyone, especially babies.  Toni shared her love of nature with her family by taking them on numerous memorable camping trips and picnics. If you knew Toni, you knew her love for music and that dancing was her thing to do. While wearing many hats in the work industry she was a natural born hustler who knew what she wanted and went after it. Toni was a fierce woman – holding fast to her beliefs, devoted to prayer and the holy Mother, always defending those she loved, and always seeking to better herself. Toni always dressed to impress, paired with her bright red lips and beautiful smile. She always gave her time to others and believed it was very important to stay active,  she could never sit still. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
