Obituary of Lisa Marie Judd

On Saturday, July 2, 2022, Lisa Judd passed away at the age of 52 of natural causes. Lisa was born on October 26, 1969 in Santa Monica, California, eldest child of O'Dean Paul Judd and Arlene DeYoung Ward. She received her degree in Mathematics from New Mexico State University and worked for NASA in Houston as a software engineer, among other scientific projects. 

She was an avid amateur astronomer who also enjoyed many craft projects. She loved to travel, especially to eclipses around the world. She especially loved her cats, whom she called her "beasties". 

She is survived by mother Arlene Ward, brother and sister Stephen (Laura) and Lesley Judd, four nieces and one nephew, and beloved aunts and uncles Sharon Judd Heikkila (Dick), John DeYoung (Linda-marie), Donna Kerns (Don) and many cousins. 

Memorial services and scattering of her ashes are still pending.
