Obituary of Stephen John VanderGast

Stephen John VanderGast, 77, of Denver, CO passed away peacefully on March 3, 2023.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, later relocating to Denver, CO, he loved his westerns, especially the ones starring John Wayne. He also enjoyed his scotch, cigars, and was an Eagles/Broncos fan.

He is survived by his wife Patricia, daughter Karena (Brad), son Stephen (Andrea), step-daughter Lori, his nine grandchildren Jason, Brandon, Cameron, Tyson, Sierrah, Samuel, Ian, Ryan, and Justin, brothers Chuck (Joyce) and Jerry (Debbie), and his sister Jean (Manny), along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents Jacqueline and Frances, his brother Guy, and his sister Jacqueline.

A celebration of life is being planned for August 12, 2023.
