Obituary of Roy Alan Ladrick

Roy Alan Ladrick (60) died unexpectedly at his home on May 13, 2023

Born October 24, 1962 to Ray (Papa) and Dolores (Nan) Ladrick in Ohio

Roy moved his family to Colorado in 1992 and had been a long-time resident of Westminster, CO

Roy always enjoyed his work. He worked several years in the Dairy business, most recently as the General Plant Manager at Royal Crest Dairy

From an early age, Roy had always been fascinated by all things mechanical/electronic. One of his first inventions was a mailbox with a sensor in it that would alert the house when the mail was delivered. His outdoor Halloween and Christmas light decorations were pure spectacle. Families came from far and wide just to stare in wonder and amazement.

Anyone who knew Roy knew he loved a good practical joke. He loved getting one over on people. Making folks laugh made him happy.

He will be forever remembered by his three children: Melissa, Samantha and Eva; his wife Joy; his siblings: Sue, Ray and Terri and his grandchildren, Ethan and Miles
