Obituary of Stephen Thomas Hunt

 

Stephen T. Hunt (3/27/1946 – 12/09/2023)

 

Stephen was born in Iowa to Tom and Jackie Hunt.  He was raised in Scranton, Iowa with his two sisters.   Stephen attended Grinnell College where he met the girl he would marry in June of 1968.   Stephen joined the Army, and while overseas in Vietnam, his first daughter was born in 1969.   After returning home, the family of three moved to Colorado and in 1973 his second daughter was born.  In 1991, he was blessed with a grandson.  Stephen worked in the banking industry like his father and then partnered up with two others, to run a rental car business and then moved on to sales before retirement.

 

He will be missed by family, friends and neighbors.

 

The date of a service will be determined after the holidays.
