Agree with Joe Ball, that Bubba was loved by his friends. Fond memories of high school, the college years rooming with him at Fred ‘s Summer home, and in Denver. Bubba was generous, loyal, and smart, and a voice of reason. In the early years, many times I sought Bobs opinion about work, family, and if he thought the Broncos could pull it off. I am grateful to Mike S and Ben for organizing the Bronco tailgate that brought so many of us Durangatangs together annually, as Bubba was very much a part. We all can cherish those memories, and countless others. Lou the Legend ,will never be forgotten by the Durangatangs . Heartfelt Prayers and condolences to Debbie ,Tara and family.

Bob has been a great friend for over 50 years. He was always a man of simple pleasures of family, fishing at his cabin, driving his vintage convertible Mercedes, and loving his dogs. Always a gracious host for visitors. Most people are lucky to have one or two lifelong friends, but Bob can claim about 15 Durango buddies as really great friends with too many stories to tell, but maintained this closeness through the years always picking up where we left off, even evolving into the text group Duranatang Moronville where Bob was a major contributor of trivia and jokes!
I believe the level of friendship is measured by the nicknames earned along the way and you will always be in our hearts Bob, Bubba,Lou, the Dancing Brown Bear! love Joe Ball and the Durangatangs

Sincere and profound sympathy to Debbie and Tara on their loss of Bob. He was a very special and much loved brother, and I will miss him very much. He kept me in touch by email with family news and with photos of Colorado throughout the seasons and was always there if I needed him. My family all loved and respected Bob and remember many happy times with him. Rest in Peace, Bob and know that you were dearly loved. Frances Penman

Bob, I'm going to miss your sense of humor and always trying to make our visits special. The Durango train ride in the snow and your special white Chile (that I've never been able to copy) are just a few of many, many wonderful things I remember. Your earthly family will miss you sorely. It will be a joyous reunion in heaven when the earthly and heavenly families are together.
