Arnie and his family were close family friends of ours growing up. Arnie is in some of my earliest memories, “All of them GOOD”
Camping trips and get togethers were always memorable.
Who could have known Arnie, and not his infectious Laugh,,,,and vast collection of Aloha shirts.
He lived his life in such a way that was a true inspiration to me, and I’m sure everyone who was blessed enough to have
Crossed his path.
Rest In Peace…he will miss you dearly.
Love.

Bev and Family,
2021 has been a rough year for all of us. I am so sorry for your loss of Arne. He was always a nice man to talk to and enjoy a meal with when you came to visit IvaDelle in Sun City. I miss those visits.
I pray God will bless you all and give you peace at a very difficult time.

Remembering back to early 50's when Uncle Arne just returned from the Army, I was very young and perhaps all wrong.
Uncle Arne was into moving pictures and he would film all of us "Hunyuks" at Grand Ma's house. I remember the bright
light bar glaring in our faces when we were inside, I wonder if those old fillms are still viable to this day?
My deepest condolences to you Aunt Bev, Sherry, Brad,Judy and your families.
Peace and Love,Joel Arne Filipi, Kathy, Zeb, and Joel Fry

I first met Arne in 1948 when I started HS. His mother had a rooming house for us country girls and Arne learned his sense of patience and understanding of women from us. Bev and Arne have been my good friends for all these long years although time and location have separated us. May God bless his family and hold you tight. A special hug for Bev.

Arne was a wonderful man! He had a loud, infectious laugh and was always smiling. He loved being a practical joker. One year we were at Colorado State Fair. I think I was about 15 or so. I was desperately trying to get a Pepsi but the vendors walking around didn’t hear me. So, Arne stood up with his booming voice and said, “Hey Pepsi man this young lady needs a Pepsi!” I wanted to crawl under the bleachers because everybody in the grandstands were looking/laughing even the announcer got into it. When I looked up I had like 10 vendors standing around me trying to sell me a Pepsi. Those are the wonderful memories I have of Arne. That’s not the only one, he always teased me. Whenever we went anywhere after that he would say, “do you need anything?? I’ll call someone for you!” No, No, No! was my response Being young and that happening it was embarrassing. When I think back now there is no embarrassment, just wonderful, fond memories that make you smile. I will always hold those memories close to my heart! Goodbye Arne, you RIP and sooner than we know it we’ll be seeing you again. To Bev, Brad, Sherry and Judy, all the spouses and grandchildren etc, you are all in our hearts and prayers!
Just think, Arne is up there on GOD’s right hand using that big, booming voice to help out getting the attention of all the other angels, as needed, of course. Hhmmmm, I wonder if there’s Pepsi there?!?
