Arne Elden Filipi

   Arne was born on July 19, 1931 in Tabor Minnesota to Edward Filipi and Emily Vavrina Filipi.

Arne married Beverly Stinar September 2, 1955. They had three children, daughter Sheryl Hurley, husband Patrick Hurley, Son Bradley Filipi and daughter Judie Milliger, husband Mitchell Milliger.

He had four Grandchildren, Rick Tutor, wife Kimi, Nathan Filipi, Austin Milliger and Allison Trullinger, husband Brady Trullinger, and one great grandson Caleb Tutor.

Arne served in the military and was very active in his church. He enjoyed watching the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rockies and Denver Nuggets. He loved spending time at their cabin. He enjoyed his hobby of HO scale trains.

Arne was preceded in death by his father Edward, mother Emily, sisters Lydia and Iva Delle and his brother Dallas.

He is survived by his wife Beverly, his children, grandchildren and great grandchild. As well as several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Life Service will be held on: January 8, 2022 11:00AM, Mt Zion Lutheran Church, 500 Drake Street,  Denver, CO 80221.

A luncheon will be served at the church after the service.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Cancer Society, Hospice of Colorado or Mt. Zion Lutheran church.
